  1. Introduction Welcome to the DUFFLE STREETWEAR Affiliate Program. This program is designed to foster strong relationships with our partners and to reward them for their role in promoting and advocating our products and services.
  2. Eligibility and Enrollment To be an eligible affiliate of DUFFLE STREETWEAR, you must:

  • Agree to our terms and conditions. Enrollment is executed through our online application process. Acceptance into our program is at the discretion of DUFFLE STREETWEAR.
  1. Affiliate Obligations As an affiliate, you agree to:

  2. Use of Marketing Materials Affiliates are permitted to use DUFFLE STREETWEAR marketing materials for the purpose of promoting our products/services. These materials remain the intellectual property of DUFFLE STREETWEAR.
  3. Prohibited Activities Affiliates are prohibited from:
  • Engaging in spamming or unsolicited promotions.
  • Employing any form of deceptive advertising.
  • Violating any laws or regulations.
  1. Term and Termination This agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. DUFFLE STREETWEAR reserves the right to terminate the agreement for breach of these terms.
  2. Modification of Terms DUFFLE STREETWEAR may modify these terms at any time. Such changes will be communicated to affiliates via email.
  3. Liability and Indemnification DUFFLE STREETWEAR is not liable for indirect or accidental damages. Affiliates agree to indemnify DUFFLE STREETWEAR from any legal actions arising from their affiliate activities.
  4. Dispute Resolution Disputes should first be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration.
  5. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
